FIBAT GRADUATES

Bruno Kpingo & his wife, Sydonie
Bruno retired from a career in government and business and then enrolled at FIBAT in the 1-year program. He just wanted to deepen his knowledge of the Word. After the first year, he continued his studies and completed the 3-year program.
Since he comes from a tribe with a fishing culture, his goal after graduation was to carry the Gospel upriver, to a village without a church. He is currently ministering, working to plant a church in the fishing village of Kembe-Bangui. One of his great challenges has been the travel to and from his church plant. The only modes of travel  are by river with a canoe or by motorbike over rough roads.
Germaine Gamba and his wife, Yvette
Germaine comes from an area about 100 miles from Bangui, called Sibut. He served as pastor in Sibut before coming to FIBAT and graduated with a burden to plant  churches in his home area. Today he is pastoring a church and also has three more church plants that he is working to develop. One of his challenges is having adequate transportation for all his areas of ministry.
Gaston Kamata Banaté & his wife, Claudia
Gaston is a graduate of the 4-year Pastoral Program at the Kaga Bandoro Bible Institute  and was called to pastor one of the Baptist churches in the KB area. A few years later, he was approved by his colleagues to go on for advanced training at FIBAT. After successfully earning his MDiv. degree, he returned to again pastor his sending church. He has a gift for evangelism and church planting and continues to do these even after assuming the mantle of Director of the KB Bible Institute in 2019.
His greatest challenge is that KB is under control of a mainly Muslim rebel group, so there is little possibility of help if he is robbed or threatened on his rounds. Thankfully, he has made good contacts and is generally well respected wherever he goes.
